Kelly joined Elmwood agency in March of 2022 as a New Account Specialist, and is now an Account Manager within our service department. Kelly assists clients with all of their insurance questions, and helps them make an informed decision based on their needs and wants. She takes great pride in her knowledge of all the agency has to offer our clients.

When Kelly is not assisting clients within the agency, she enjoys many activities outside of work that includes creating her own artwork, attending concerts, and pet related services in her neighborhood. Kelly lives here in Rochester but enjoys family time in her hometown of Syracuse.
