Dana comes to Elmwood with over 20 years of personal lines insurance experience as an account manager. Dana prides herself on unparalleled customer service and makes sure the needs of her client come first in all that she does. She makes it a personal goal of hers to make sure her clients are well informed and completely satisfied.

Dana grew up on a dairy farm in Java, NY. To this day, she is still a resident and is a big part of the farm community. Dana also has a love for animals. In her spare time, Dana enjoys walking with her senior rescue dog, Fred. Dana is also an avid sports fan, cheering on her beloved Buffalo Bills!
