Matt joined Elmwood Agency in November of 2020 as a customer service representative, and he is now a member of our retention team. Matt utilizes his years in customer service to assist clients in navigating their policy renewals and obtaining insurance coverage that suits their needs. Hi is committed to enhancing the customer experience for each of Elmwood’s clients.

Before joining the team at Elmwood, Matt had multiple customer service-related positions during a 5+ year employment with Wegmans. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors, kayaking and hiking he is a committed owner of two dogs, Katie and Tucker and currently lives in Rochester.
