Courtney joined Elmwood Agency in November 2022 as an Account Manager. Courtney started her insurance career at Geico 16 years ago as a Customer Service Representative in the Auto Service Department. During her time there, she was promoted to the Quality Control Team and then later to Auto Service Supervisor, where she led her own team of agents. She has one son, Brody, who is 11 years old and keeps her busy! Courtney is recently engaged, and she enjoys spending time with her fiancé Dave and her family. She is excited to be a part of the Elmwood Agency family!
