Account Manager/Claims Specialist
Liz was born and raised in the Rochester area and resides in Greece, NY. She has been in the insurance industry for over 35 years. Liz started on the company side as a file clerk, held several positions and supervisory roles. After 22 years on the company side, she began her career on the agency side in both supervisory and customer service roles. Liz will tell you the best part of her job is working with the customers and continuously strives to exceeds their expectations.
Liz holds two insurance designations, Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR). She has two adult sons, Joshua and Conner. They are her pride and joy, and she is very proud of the young men they have become. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, playing euchre and most of all is a HUGE Buffalo Bills fan.
