Quentin Marsh

Quentin joined Elmwood Agency in September 2022. Prior to joining Elmwood, Quentin spent four years as an insurance agent, helping to protect clients’ assets.  Prior to his career in the insurance industry, he served as the Director of Production and Operations for the Dayton Performing Arts Alliance, managing backstage and performance operations. Quentin is extremely efficient and consultative, taking pride in carefully reviewing and explaining solutions to each of his client’s unique insurance needs.  He makes sure they have the coverage and a positive customer experience while obtaining their insurance policies, he also continues to provide outstanding service thereafter.  Helping to protect people and the things that matter most to them is the reason he chose this career.

Quentin grew up in Rochester and currently lives in West Irondequoit with his wife, two lab mixes, and soon-to-be-born son.  Outside of work, Quentin plays fiddle in two bands, plays the Irish sport of hurling, sits on the Young Professionals Board for the Villa of Hope, and enjoys spending time outdoors.  He is a proud graduate of the University of Dayton and is currently the Rochester Community Leader for the Dayton Alumni Network.
