Elmwood Agency is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a valuable connection with insurance customers. The CSR will handle all insurance company customer service tasks and will support the sales team. They also provide prospective customers with detailed information about company products.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least one year experience in customer service
- Must have one year experience with personal or commercial lines customer service.
- P&C license is a plus but not required
- Will need to pass the NYS P&C license within the first year of employment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Pay is based on experience
This position will work out of an office located in downtown Rochester.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
